Connenient location in the Inner City. Old world atmosphere with interesting historic photos of a bygone era. Nice coffee shops close by.

All staff at reception very helpful with answering g questions especially with directions. I even had a tutorial how to maximize use of google maps. The breakfast staff were so welcoming in the morning. Everyone was friendly and checked to make sure everything was fine. Housekeeping staff was exceptional. Our room was always cleaned expertly in a timely manner.

Central location, superb for all the Vienna sights. Couldn't be bettered. 20 mins walk from the CAT station, 6 mins walk to the Hop On Hop Off bus stop. 5 mins walk to the Spanish Horses and 3 mins walk from St Stephen's Cathedral. Buffet breakfast was excellent as was the Italian Restaurant below - we didn't eat anywhere else in the four evenings we were there. Excellent food and vibe.

1. The location is very good, 2 minutes walk to the church; 2. The breakfast choice is not big, but the quality is kinda good; the service personnel from Taiwan is very helpful and nice to us; 3. The historical bit of the Austrian author makes the hotel more interesting; 4. The light in the bathroom gets slowly on, which is quite nice.

Location was perfect. Double glazed windows meant it was very quiet despite being surrounded by restaurants. Room was spacious with everything one could need.

The breakfast was amazing and had different options as far as meat, cheeses and pastries each day we were there. The elevator and ac were a plus. The location was super central!
